TL;DR

Customer Growth Manager (AI): Managing the post-sale customer lifecycle for commercial accounts to accelerate adoption and retention with an accent on revenue growth and churn mitigation. Focus on building stakeholder relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and aligning customer needs with AI platform features.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA. Must be based on the US West Coast

Salary: $150k - $200k OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the entire post-signature customer lifecycle for a portfolio of commercial customers to ensure high retention.
  • Develop rolling forecasts and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal and net retention targets.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk by monitoring product usage and addressing commercial obstacles.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with new features and products.
  • Build lasting relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical users to economic buyers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by synthesizing customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying, customer-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals), preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and expansion quotas (GRR, NRR).
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder renewal cycles.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to articulate the value of complex technical products.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be located on the US West Coast.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience at a high-growth, developer-first, or AI/ML infrastructure company.
  • Experience managing renewals within a consumption or usage-based pricing model.
  • Familiarity with the modern AI/LLM stack.
