What you will do

• Generate 6-week roadmaps from 3-month plans provided by Head of Product.
• Conduct product discovery via sales calls, analytics tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar, customer talks, and competitive analysis.
• Elicit requirements from customers, build rapport, and capture needs for new and existing features.
• Create wireframes and user flows in Miro for new features and existing tool usage.
• Propose data-driven new features and success KPIs to Head of Product.
• Generate, groom, and prioritize backlog tickets using SMART framework, balancing value and feasibility with Tech Lead.
• Monitor feature performance post-launch and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in B2B product management.
• Experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to protect team from low-value work and scope creep.
• Work with senior Engineers on trade-offs like scope vs. delivery speed.
• Earn trust from Engineers in previous teams.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders: Engineers, Design, Sales, other Product Owners.
• Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Mixpanel (or similar).
• Experience with Perplexity (or similar AI tools) influencing features.
• Degree in Computer Science or other STEM field.
