What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global Agent Builder.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales, and solution architects to identify requirements and prioritize product needs.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to develop strategies for benchmarking and evaluating agent capabilities.
• Work with design teams to create intuitive user experiences for managing and refining agent context.
• Evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through content creation, blog posts, and open-source projects.
• Engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners, including major cloud service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Proven ability to lead sophisticated, data-intensive products from inception through launch.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex engineering details for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
