Growth Product Owner (AI SaaS): Owning a portfolio of product screens for an AI-first SaaS platform supporting the delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects with an accent on growth metrics, product discovery, and customer-driven feature development. Focus on designing experiments, analyzing activation and retention data, building roadmaps, and creating user flows and prototypes for engineering delivery.
Location: Remote within Greece or Cyprus; Cyprus office available.
Salary: €40,000–€60,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of product screens end to end, from scope definition through wireframes, user flows, and design prototypes.
- Create six-week roadmaps based on three-month product roadmaps and report progress against targets.
- Drive activation, feature adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion KPIs.
- Design, run, and analyze measurable growth experiments, including A/B tests, copy and layout changes, and onboarding improvements.
- Conduct product discovery through customer conversations, sales-call reviews, Mixpanel, Hotjar, customer success feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Elicit requirements, propose data-driven features and success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, QA, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management with direct ownership of growth metrics.
- Proven experience running growth experiments and using results to iterate, scale, or stop ideas.
- Ability to prioritize high-value work, manage scope, and discuss delivery trade-offs with senior engineers.
- Strong communication skills across engineering, design, sales, and product stakeholders.
- Ability to use data to extract conclusions and form hypotheses.
- Experience with Perplexity or a similar tool, plus a Computer Science or other STEM degree.
Nice to have
- Previous VC-backed startup experience.
- Experience working with data scientists or learning a new technical domain and shipping related features.
- Experience creating wireframes and designs.
- Experience with Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, Claude Design, Impeccable, or similar tools.
