What you will do

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles from research and hypothesis to design and rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups to communicate vision and maintain brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor to make confident scaling decisions.
• Build and document a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to create compelling, detailed mockups.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
• Ownership mentality with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
