(Sr.) Project Manager (m/f/d) (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Own the execution of complex, multi-site R&D and engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Define project plans with stakeholders and management, including executive-level alignment.
• Control project specifications, quality, cost, timelines, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams across sites and cultural boundaries.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, budgets, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Coach other Project Leaders, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement to reduce time to market.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in semiconductors or a related technical environment.
• Hands-on experience with modern project management tools and methods, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope, risk, change, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-domain teams and external partners in a global, intercultural environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, leadership, communication, negotiation, and business orientation.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with senior and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packaging.
• PMI or comparable project management certification.
