What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks, developing scenarios to overcome technical and operational challenges.
• Manage the change management process for all project-related requests.
• Maintain transparent financial tracking, including CAPEX and product cost control.
• Provide concise status reporting and presentations to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in an engineering field, preferably microelectronics or semiconductor physics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-value, high-impact projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Strong understanding of risk management, change management, and resource planning.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills in German.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an intercultural, matrixed organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative to solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• PMI certification or similar project management qualification.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging.
