What you will do
- Define and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints.
- Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks, developing scenarios to overcome technical and operational challenges.
- Manage the change management process for all project-related requests.
- Maintain transparent financial tracking, including CAPEX and product cost control.
- Provide concise status reporting and presentations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in an engineering field, preferably microelectronics or semiconductor physics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-value, high-impact projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong understanding of risk management, change management, and resource planning.
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills in German.
- Proven ability to lead teams in an intercultural, matrixed organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative to solve complex problems.
Nice to have
- PMI certification or similar project management qualification.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging.
