What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of established client accounts, driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership health.
- Lead complex accounts and multiple workstreams as a senior client lead, aligning expectations and driving clear next steps.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level client stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Oversee account strategy and identify expansion opportunities through value-driven recommendations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Brand Partnerships (Media Ops, Analytics, Creative, Production) and key partners (Social, Marketing, Finance, Legal).
- Translate campaign performance and consumer insights into client narratives, reports, and strategic conversations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management.
- 3+ years of experience in the media or advertising industry (media agencies, publishers, or creative agencies).
- Proven ability to retain and grow long-term client relationships across multiple business types.
- Clear executive presence and demonstrated ability to lead complex accounts with strong judgment in day-to-day decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and seniority levels.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills; ability to balance short- and long-term priorities across high-stakes accounts.
Nice to have
- Direct management experience; experience mentoring junior teammates with a desire to grow into people management responsibilities.
- Deep YouTube channel management experience within established digital media ecosystems.
