What you will do
- Conduct sales calls with potential clients using established SOP scripts to drive new revenue.
- Recommend specific training programs based on individual client goals and professional needs.
- Close high-ticket offers by effectively communicating the value of the education platform.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve internal sales processes.
- Manage a calendar of pre-qualified appointments provided by the company, eliminating the need for lead generation.
Requirements
- High EQ with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hungry and highly coachable personality with a preference for following proven processes.
- Ability to identify errors independently and self-correct to produce exceptional results.
- Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Experience with phone sales and high-ticket offers is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
