What you will do
- Lead discovery and partnership conversations with mobile game developers and publishers through the full pre-deal lifecycle.
- Execute outbound prospecting using AI-first systems for account research, prioritization, and personalization.
- Develop a repeatable developer acquisition playbook including positioning, segmentation, and pricing.
- Manage the commercial operational backbone, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and health dashboards.
- Provide structured market insights and revenue-backed feature requests to product and engineering teams.
- Represent at industry events and conferences across the gaming and ad tech ecosystems.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in gaming in a commercial-adjacent role (BD, partnerships, growth, UA, publishing, or product).
- Deep working knowledge of the gaming ecosystem.
- Strong quantitative skills and first-principles thinking.
- Active curiosity and willingness to integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a startup environment.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Background in ad tech, programmatic, or growth/UA.
- Existing relationships with decision makers at gaming studios and publishers.
- Prior experience as an early commercial or product hire at a startup.
- Technical familiarity with the mobile or web gaming ecosystem.
