Location: Remote (Global), must be aligned with Eastern Time core hours
Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month

What you will do
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brands, SaaS tools, and service providers.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle and onboarding process using Airtable and Sign Now.
- Oversee affiliate programs, including tracking links, commission structures, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate partner deliverables for events and campaigns, ensuring full execution.
- Produce AI-powered community pulse summaries to synthesize partner-related discussions.
- Maintain the partner database and provider pages to ensure member-facing information is current.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven ability to handle both sales outreach and detailed operational execution.
- Proficiency with CRM and PM tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Alignment with Eastern Time for core hours.
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to synthesize content and draft communications.
- Willing and able to travel at least three times per year for events and meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience in the e-commerce, Amazon seller, SaaS, or DTC ecosystem.
- Background in affiliate marketing, including commission configuration and reporting.
- Experience coordinating sponsorships for live events with hard deadlines.
- Experience building and improving operational SOPs.
