Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensing partners to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Support the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements in collaboration with Legal teams.
• Monitor business performance through forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities across product categories, channels, and partnerships.
• Partner with Product Development, Retail, and Marketing teams to bring cohesive assortments to market.
• Drive new licensee recruitment, including prospecting and business case development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, retail, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of licensing, product development, and retail environments.
• Foundational experience in contract review and negotiation support.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial reporting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and presentation tools.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA, 4 days per week.
