Salary: $80,038.00 - $134,713.00 per annum

What you will do

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy across the Americas by creating marketing plans to achieve sales and profit growth for assigned products.
  • Partner with regional and global marketing, sales, and business unit teams to define regional marketing and merchandising plans and requirements.
  • Coordinate and drive PC gaming accessories marketing initiatives across digital marketing, online merchandising, PR, event planning, partnerships, and retail marketing.
  • Manage regional product launch schedules and ensure key dates are met by supporting teams.
  • Prepare retail and end-user sales presentations, represent the portfolio at industry and regional sales events, and support account-specific marketing plans across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Analyze market and competitive data, track US market share, and review monthly sales forecasts to identify opportunities and align new SKUs with regional strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of category management experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience, in PC gaming (preferred) or consumer computer electronics hardware and accessories.
  • PC gamer and/or esports experience.
  • Proven experience pitching/launching/selling products through retail and e-commerce with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, presentation, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
