Category Manager (Lifestyle & Furniture): Own regional product category marketing and management across Lifestyle, Furniture, and Content Creation to drive market share through go-to-market planning, brand and demand generation, and coordinated execution. Focus on building comprehensive Americas marketing plans, managing product launch schedules, and using data-driven competitive analysis and sales forecasting to improve performance.

Salary: $80,038.00 - $134,713.00 per annum

What you will do

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy across the Americas by creating marketing plans and engagements to achieve sales and profit growth for assigned products.
  • Partner with regional and global marketing, sales, and business unit teams to define regional marketing and merchandising plans and requirements.
  • Lead category evangelism for Lifestyle, Furniture (Gaming Chairs), and Content Creation (Webcams and Microphones) by training and informing PR, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and drive regional product marketing initiatives across digital marketing, online merchandising, PR, event planning, partnerships, and retail marketing.
  • Manage regional product launch schedules, run quarterly regional brief-backs to the Global Business Unit, and prepare sales presentations for retail and end-user customers.
  • Analyze market and competitive performance, track US market share, implement promotion strategies, and review monthly sales forecasts to align new SKUs with regional category strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of category management experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience in Lifestyle Furniture Division (LFD) product segments (preferable) or gaming furniture/consumer electronics accessories.
  • Experience pitching/launching/selling through retail and e-commerce with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
