Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Pursuit Manager, ANS

Location: Remote within the United States, or Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Salt Lake City

Salary: $65,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end responses to requests for information, qualifications, quotations, and proposals, including presentations, interviews, resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, deadlines, schedules, responsibility matrices, content plans, and review milestones.
• Review solicitation documents for compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, risks, forms, and deadlines.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and coordinate business development leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts around pursuit strategy and win themes.
• Write, edit, organize, produce, package, and quality-check proposal deliverables for electronic or physical submission.
• Track pursuit outcomes and lessons learned while maintaining proposal tools, templates, checklists, review protocols, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 6 years of proposal or pursuit management experience in the AEC industry or a comparable professional services environment.
• At least 6 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience using SharePoint or Microsoft Teams in a proposal workflow.
• At least 3 years of experience producing proposal and marketing collateral with Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign proficiency is highly preferred, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Nice to have

• Experience managing high-complexity strategic pursuits, competitive analysis, win strategy development, and client intelligence gathering.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Deltek, or other CRM and proposal management systems.
• Experience mentoring junior staff, facilitating proposal reviews, and driving accountability across distributed pursuit teams.
• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing workflow improvements with leadership.
