What you will do

• Design high-quality product experiences for growth initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
• Develop and iterate on consumer-facing lifecycle email campaigns, balancing visual storytelling with usability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to explore concepts and increase design efficiency.
• Participate in design critiques to maintain high quality and consistency across touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record in growth-oriented initiatives such as acquisition, conversion, or engagement flows.
• Fluency in Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff.
• Ability to design responsive layouts across multiple surfaces (web, mobile, email).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools within the design workflow to enhance process and output.

Nice to have

• Experience designing lifecycle or growth marketing emails and understanding performance metrics.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Background in 0→1 or fast-scaling product environments.
• Skills in UX writing, illustration, or storytelling to enhance visual communication.
