Senior Product Designer (JobEx)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $128,000–$145,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Design simple, useful, and visually polished product experiences for home service professionals.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing product strategy, business goals, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct and support user research and usability testing, then synthesize insights into product improvements.
• Create user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
• Influence product direction through design judgment and collaboration with product management, engineering, design, and other partners.
• Develop design principles, systems, guidelines, and reusable patterns that improve accessibility, consistency, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products and end-to-end experiences across platforms.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus fluency with AI-native tools such as Figma AI, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Experience evolving design systems at scale and applying user-centered design, interaction design, accessibility, motion, and established product patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating in fast-moving, cross-functional product teams and using AI tools or automation to improve efficiency or output quality.
