Location: Etobicoke, ON, Canada (Must be eligible to work in Canada)
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Own data quality and generate weekly pipeline reports within HubSpot or Q360.
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP responses and maintain a reusable content library.
- Assemble high-quality proposals, quotes, and presentations using standard templates.
- Track dependencies for deals and follow up internally to unblock progress.
- Drive improvements in proposal turnaround time and CRM data completeness.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support and operations.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 360 and document structuring.
- Proven experience with RFP processes.
- Excellent writing and formatting skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
