Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €30,000–€40,000 annual OTE, fixed and variable

hirify.global is building an AI business management SaaS platform that centralizes workflows across HR, Finance, Talent, Operations, and IT. The company has more than 1,500 employees across Europe, Asia, Africa, and America and is headquartered in Barcelona.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews, hiring-team coordination, and candidate feedback.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment.
• Develop sourcing strategies and action plans, including events, community management, and passive-candidate outreach.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Support People projects such as People Analytics, recruitment training, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Professional experience in Talent Acquisition and a proven track record recruiting for international, Western, ROW, and global markets.
• Experience hiring across go-to-market roles, including sales, finance, engineering, and related functions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, prioritization, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• German, French, Portuguese, or Italian language skills.
• Experience in a technology or scale-up company.
