Salary: $95,000–$149,000 per year, with expected OTE of $105,000–$165,000 per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Build and scale Product, Design, and Engineering recruiting programs.
• Manage high-volume, high-impact technical searches independently across the full hiring cycle.
• Develop customized sourcing and recruitment strategies using data from Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve talent acquisition processes, communicate change, and support hiring teams during recruiting spikes.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and mentor junior recruiting team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven experience hiring software engineering, product management, and design talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience partnering with and influencing executive leadership on hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in technology and engineering.
• Ability to work from or be based in New York City, United States.
