Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €30,000–€40,000 annual OTE (fixed and variable compensation)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews, assessments, coordination with hiring teams, and candidate feedback.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, behavioral interviews, and structured assessments.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and other teams to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies, action plans, events, and community initiatives to identify new talent.
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Contribute to People Analytics, recruitment training, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion projects.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Talent Acquisition and a proven track record recruiting for international, Western, regional, and global markets.
• Experience hiring go-to-market roles, with the ability to manage searches across multiple functions.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• German, French, Portuguese, or Italian language skills.
• Experience in a technology or scale-up company.
