What you will do

• Review and approve loan drawdowns and FX trades to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, treasury, and client service teams for financing and trade requests.
• Manage post-execution filing and maintenance of Finance Legal Documentation.
• Prepare and review requests for new financing facilities and annual renewals according to credit policies.
• Monitor FX hedging transactions and risk metric classifications for accuracy.
• Calculate credit facility fees and track credit exposure for existing counterparties.

Requirements

• University degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of work experience in fund finance or corporate lending managing commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of alternative fund financing, including NAV and capital call facilities.
• Must be eligible to work in George Town, Cayman Islands.

Nice to have

• Experience with derivative legal documentation such as ISDA/CSA.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
