Senior Associate, Fund Finance

Location: George Town, Cayman Islands

Salary: USD 80,000–101,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and approve loan drawdowns and foreign exchange trades for accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate financing and trade requests with risk, compliance, treasury, and client service teams.
• Prepare financing facility requests and annual renewals in line with credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor credit exposures, collateral, risk classifications, FX hedging transactions, margin statements, and late settlements.
• Maintain finance legal documentation and oversee facility fee calculations and collections.
• Complete assigned department projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in banking, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund finance or corporate lending, including commercial relationship management.
• Strong understanding of alternative fund financing, including NAV and capital call facilities.
• Experience reviewing credit policies, risk metrics, collateral, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Ability to collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, debt service, relationship management, and client service teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with derivative legal documentation such as ISDA and CSA.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
