Fund Finance Senior Analyst (Public Markets)

Location: Dublin 1, Ireland; hybrid

Salary: €60,000–€75,000 per annum, plus eligibility for a performance-related bonus and share schemes

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day fund finance, expense management, and reporting lifecycle across public-market fund structures.
• Review budgets, expense accruals, capped expense arrangements, invoice payments, and expense allocations.
• Act as a point of contact for invoice processing queries and fund expense matters.
• Oversee third-party service providers, review their outputs, and follow up on issues and exceptions.
• Analyse expense trends, budget variances, capped expense positions, and payment issues.
• Improve processes, procedures, controls, reporting efficiency, and documented outputs while collaborating with reporting, compliance, legal, senior management, and service provider teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in the funds industry, including fund administration, fund accounting, fund finance, expense management, investment operations, or a management company environment.
• Practical experience with fund expenses, budgets, invoice processing, accruals, allocations, capped funds, ongoing charges, or performance fees.
• Experience working with third-party or delegated service providers.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills, including identifying variances and resolving exceptions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Relevant fund-structure knowledge, such as UCITS, AIFMD, UK, Irish, or Luxembourg structures, is advantageous.

• Experience with process improvement, automation, reporting tools, systems enhancements, or Kneip Dataglide.
