What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage potential clients to assess situations and qualify leads based on firm criteria.
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients using a sales-driven approach.
• Document client information and case details accurately in CloudLex or internal systems.
• Follow intake scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with attorneys and case managers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in intake, sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability in lead qualification, conversion, or client onboarding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be available to work 9 am - 6 pm EST.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
