What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for label partners and artists, ensuring professional communication and relationship management.
• Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, coordinating with marketing, legal, metadata, and finance teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify and qualify new third-party artist and IP opportunities that align with the brand's vision for family music.
• Build and document scalable processes and templates to improve operational efficiency across account management and release coordination.
• Champion the use of AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive tasks in research, reporting, and communications.
• Monitor post-release performance using DSP and internal streaming analytics to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, project management, or business development, ideally in music or entertainment.
• Familiarity with the music industry landscape, including DSPs, distribution, publishing, and rights management.
• Location: Must be based in London for on-site work.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Monday.com.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and understanding of agentic workflows in a commercial context.
• Data literacy with the ability to interpret analytics from platforms like Spotify for Artists or YouTube Studio.

Nice to have

• Experience working with record labels, distributors, or publishing administrators.
• Knowledge of performing rights organisations (PROs) and music publishing.
• Experience with metadata management or digital asset delivery workflows.
• Multilingual skills or experience working across LATAM, EMEA, or APAC markets.
