What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated Social & Influence projects from initial client briefing to final asset handover.
• Synchronize resources across diverse agency disciplines, coordinating creative and technical teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure seamless delivery within scope.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with account managers, the PMO Lead, and multi-agency teams for unified project execution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project managers within the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager within a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in project setup, budgeting, resource control, and financial reporting.
• Experience working on Social & Influence accounts and managing global project dynamics.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools, processes, and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset for navigating challenging scenarios.
