What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of utilities projects from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
• Monitor and manage the programme, cost, quality, and risk of each project stage.
• Manage key client accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
• Provide leadership across people, projects, and business operations.
• Prepare progress reports and conduct monthly client meetings.
• Contribute to the financial performance of projects, including revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Project Management or a similar technical construction discipline.
• Chartered or Professionally Qualified (MCIOB, MRICS or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy or on the client side.
• Essential experience with utilities packages.
