What you will do

  • Lead high-profile projects for major events from strategy through to delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, venue operators, and local authorities.
  • Drive commercial success through cost management, invoicing, and negotiation of agreements.
  • Prepare bids and proposals to expand the company's footprint in the sector.
  • Mentor junior staff and represent the company at industry forums.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel predominantly within the UK and internationally.
  • Proven experience in sports and major event operations, transport planning, or venue design.
  • Existing network of sector-specific clients.
  • Project Director level stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with stadium safety regulations and operational planning best practice.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as Transport Planning or Engineering.
