Jr. Paid Ads Manager (Legal)

What you will do

• Assist with building and launching campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Monitor daily performance and identify issues or optimization opportunities.
• Adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on campaign data.
• Set up and QA tracking infrastructure, including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
• Prepare client-facing performance reports and support basic creative and audience testing.
• Collaborate with account strategists to align campaign activity with client goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Daily experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Ability to work with performance data and draw basic conclusions.
• Familiarity with UTM parameters and conversion tracking concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to programmatic advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with GA4 and basic analytics reporting.
• Experience with CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics.
• Exposure to the legal industry, landing page best practices, or conversion rate optimization.
