Solution Architect (SaaS): Serving as the technical and strategic backbone for Sales and Customer Success teams by translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions using the hirify.global platform. Focus on designing ROI-driven roadmaps, consulting with executive stakeholders, and acting as a subject matter expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) trends.

Location: Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, WV)

What you will do

• Partner with executive-level stakeholders to redesign efficient, fair, and data-driven hiring processes.
• Design and present ROI analyses to articulate the financial and cultural impact of the platform.
• Lead high-level demonstrations focusing on holistic business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of HCM industry trends.
• Coach internal teams on effective consulting strategies and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and enterprise ecosystem integration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-speak for HR directors and CTOs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build compelling narratives for change.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, WV).
