What you will do

• Lead solution engineering for assigned industry verticals, tailoring platform deep-dives to convert enterprise prospects.
• Design and deliver industry-specific demonstrations based on realistic scenarios, KPIs, and terminology.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept (POCs) and handle functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT integration topics.
• Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems within the target vertical.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and stakeholder mapping for complex enterprise deals.
• Provide structured industry insights to the Product team to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, SSO, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich or Mannheim, Germany.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals (north of €250K) and security reviews.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Domain expertise in Supplier Intelligence, Carbon Accounting, and Product Compliance.
• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Exposure to Agentic AI in enterprise SaaS.
