Salary: $170,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Design and lead modernization efforts for legacy systems to improve scalability and business value.
• Evaluate and implement SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Set the technical vision and establish engineering standards across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure high-quality, secure system delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering efforts and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and integrating with modern platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack development and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (Redis).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in media, entertainment, or digital product development.
• Experience in startup environments.
