What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures translating enterprise workflows into combined human-agent systems.
• Recommend business process redesigns and workflow ownership changes beyond the platform.
• Identify leverage points for agentic workflows and design reliable production handoffs.
• Manage stakeholders and build coalitions within complex organizational structures.
• Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures for enterprise scale.
• Stay accountable for delivery outcomes, adapting designs to evolving customer realities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Practical experience designing agentic workflows, including model selection and prompt architecture.
• Track record of leading complex engagements at the VP and C-suite level.
• Experience with enterprise-scale environments involving thousands of users, compliance, and security requirements.
• Background in professional services or management consulting with accountability for SOWs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders.
