What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers' technical architects and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Design and implement technical solutions that link business processes with hirify.global product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot key implementation issues and prototype new solutions to address specific business pain points.
• Consult on architecture, indexing, searching, and UI best practices.
• Influence the product roadmap by listening to and advocating for customers' technical needs.
• Create reusable solution content, such as blog posts and workshop tutorials, to scale customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, deeply technical, and consultative role.
• Experience working with ecommerce or search technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
• Proficiency in a backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Rails, Django).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with Senior Executives and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency.
• Experience in backend or frontend mobile development.
• Knowledge of Analytics, A/B testing, CMS, or DXP.
• Previous experience within search-as-a-service companies.
• Experience in high-growth environments building internal infrastructure.
