TL;DR

Pre-Sales Solution Architect, Enterprise (Legal AI): Delivering high-impact product demos and proof-of-concepts for large law firms with an accent on adaptive work management and process automation. Focus on translating complex client needs into scalable solutions and bridging the gap between sales and implementation.

Location: Must be based in the New York City area (Hybrid: at least 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $130,300 – $176,300 USD (Base) + Commissions $55,800 – $75,500 USD

What you will do

  • Deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase how hirify.global Operate solves specific client challenges.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate client needs into scalable, practical solutions using the platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies for high-value enterprise deals.
  • Act as a technical lead during discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation through clear documentation and project context.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within complex SaaS and enterprise software environments.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering demos and POCs for real-world enterprise use cases.
  • Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to commute to the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S. for in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Outstanding communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for executive decision-makers.

  • Experience in legal tech, case/matter management, or adjacent B2B industries.
  • Leadership potential and a desire to shape and grow the pre-sales function.
