Location: Must be based in the New York City area (Hybrid: at least 2 days per week in office)
Salary: $130,300 – $176,300 USD (Base) + Commissions $55,800 – $75,500 USD

What you will do
- Deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase how Operate solves specific client challenges.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate client needs into scalable, practical solutions using the platform's capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies for high-value enterprise deals.
- Act as a technical lead during discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations.
- Ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation through clear documentation and project context.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within complex SaaS and enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering demos and POCs for real-world enterprise use cases.
- Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design.
- Must be based in New York City and able to commute to the office at least 2 days per week.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S. for in-person meetings and presentations.
- Outstanding communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for executive decision-makers.
