TL;DR
Business Development Manager (Web3): Driving RWA tokenization and institutional DeFi activity on the XRP Ledger with an accent on sourcing and closing partnerships with asset managers, issuers, and custodians. Focus on mobilizing tokenized assets as on-chain collateral and bringing institutional capital markets workflows onto the XRPL.
Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid, 10+ days per month in office)
Salary: $160,000 — $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute the RWA tokenization business development plan for North America.
- Source and close institutional partnerships to drive issuance and adoption of tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger.
- Drive partnerships for X Collateral Mobility to unlock capital efficiency via institutional DeFi venues.
- Integrate institutional capital markets workflows, including issuance and settlement, onto the XRPL.
- Collaborate with the Prime team to structure joint offerings combining tokenized assets with institutional services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
- Strong understanding of institutional capital markets, including collateral, repo, and securities lending.
- Expertise in tokenization, RWA, stablecoins, and blockchain infrastructure in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
- Established network across asset issuers, custodians, and prime brokers.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Fluency with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini).
