What you will do

• Deliver software projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodology.
• Partner with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and translate them into user stories.
• Lead collaborative planning by prioritizing work based on team capacity and capability.
• Ensure products meet appropriate quality standards and support continuous improvement of delivery standards.
• Identify business objectives and provide solution recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.
• Serve as the single point of contact for delivery, advocating between Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering digital projects and products.
• Proven leadership experience directing delivery teams and handling operational delivery-center issues.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to balance multiple priorities in ambiguous situations.
• Creative problem-solving skills, including building contingency plans and managing stressful situations professionally.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
