What you will do

• Lead multiple customer-facing software delivery engagements from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple EMEA locations to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholder communications and lead Steering Committees to improve CSAT.
• Apply risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project delivery threats.
• Monitor scope, budgets, and revenue forecasts to ensure commercial viability and margin maintenance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management resources, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Degree with 3-5+ years of experience managing IT/software projects using established methodologies.
• Proven experience in customer-facing program/senior project management and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a global matrix organization.
• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive project status, risks, and reports to board-level management.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and verbal) required.
• Basic technical familiarity with SQL, Java, APIs, Web Technologies, and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
