What you will do

• Lead project delivery activities with technical leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged across the full project lifecycle.
• Support and empower the team through coaching, mentoring, and promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Manage team capacity, allocate resources, and evolve team structure over time.
• Use Agile tools to plan, organize, and track project activities; build roadmaps and challenge estimates when needed.
• Monitor project and budget progress, oversee documentation alignment, and manage change requests while controlling scope and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development project management.
• Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Experience with team structuring, resource planning, and performance follow-up.
• Hands-on understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus experience managing fixed-price and time & material projects.
• Fluency in English.
