What you will do

• Design and implement target operating models for technology organizations across engineering, product, and data teams.
• Develop role architectures, accountability models, and organizational layers to align with business objectives.
• Implement span-of-control frameworks and management layering principles to optimize team composition.
• Establish governance structures, decision rights, and escalation paths for technology delivery.
• Design delivery measurement frameworks, including engineering KPIs and OKRs.
• Lead workforce planning and capability strategy, including build/buy/borrow decisions and location strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in organization design, operating model consulting, or technology strategy.
• Proven track record designing operating models for engineering, product, or platform functions.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery, product operating models, and DevOps.
• Experience in workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, and transformation programs.
• Must be based on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).

• Consulting background or experience within large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
