What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile global companies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing event details and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal production, design, and content teams to execute partner strategies.
• Travel internationally to events to oversee on-the-ground partner activations.
• Provide post-event feedback and strategic insights to partners to drive future renewals.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall exhibitor and partner experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or account management within an in-house, agency, or consultancy environment.
• Strong client management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Lisbon.
• Proven ability to manage cross-departmental collaboration and consistent strategy execution.
• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, is considered an advantage.
• Genuine passion for technology and the events industry.
