What you will do

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and budget control.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and motivate project teams to keep them on track and within budget.
• Manage project costs and maintain strong business relationships.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and coordinate with third-party subcontractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing projects with vendors.
• Experience with contact center solutions, specifically Genesys Cloud.
• Strong business analytics skills and ability to identify user needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.

• Degree in Technical or Economics Science.
