What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, and program administrators.
• Negotiate capacity, underwriting authority, and competitive terms to expand market access.
• Drive wholesale brokerage production and execute scalable growth strategies for trucking risks.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of brokers and production staff.
• Establish best practices for submissions, placement, and client service.
• Advise internal stakeholders on market conditions, pricing trends, and regulatory dynamics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wholesale brokerage, underwriting, or carrier-side roles within commercial trucking or transportation insurance.
• Proven track record of production and carrier relationship management.
• Strong existing network of carrier and broker relationships in the trucking space.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure complex deals.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
