What you will do

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy focused on referral generation and market expansion.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and community-based referral partners.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional outreach managers and growth professionals.
• Establish growth objectives, KPIs, and accountability measures to drive patient admissions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to ensure growth strategies support capacity planning.
• Implement scalable outreach processes and optimize CRM systems for performance tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, or referral development.
• Proven track record of building referral networks within healthcare ecosystems.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing business development or outreach teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and forecasting growth.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned regions and nationally.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
