TL;DR
Performance Lead (Marketing): Scaling international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) for a telehealth weight-management platform with an accent on Meta and full-funnel optimization. Focus on driving growth through rapid creative testing, commercial budget allocation (CAC/LTV), and end-to-end market launches.
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Old Street office, London)

What you will do
- Run and scale Meta ads across international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and new launches.
- Develop and scale TikTok and emerging channels using rigorous creative testing and measurement.
- Stand up new markets end-to-end, coordinating signal architecture and measurement setup from day one.
- Design and execute tests across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive performance lift.
- Manage budget allocation based on commercial metrics like CAC, LTV, and payback.
- Collaborate with central creative and production teams to optimize ad performance and pillar mix.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with DTC brands.
- Deep fluency in modern Meta mechanics (Advantage+, ASC, CAPI, etc.).
- Experience managing the full funnel, including landing page optimization and measurement.
- Proven track record of launching performance marketing in new markets or brands.
- Experience in consumer subscription or considered-purchase categories (e.g., telehealth, fintech).
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
- Multi-market international experience, particularly in Europe or APAC.
- Fluency in a second European language, especially German.
- Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or advanced measurement methods (MMM, incrementality).
- Experience using AI workflow tools like Claude Code to increase efficiency.
