What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of complex, multi-layered influencer campaigns for B2B and corporate clients.
  • Manage team resources, capacity, and project profitability to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Develop tailored influencer strategies including objectives, content calendars, and influencer selection.
  • Mentor and elevate junior team members while fostering a high-performing collaborative environment.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, selling creative ideas and content solutions under pressure.
  • Collaborate with internal PR, social, and digital teams to deliver integrated, best-in-class campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related marketing fields.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing and the unique challenges of corporate reputation and sales funnels.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn, including algorithms, ad formats, and organic best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end content production processes and shoot logistics.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model based in London.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude with a focus on strategic problem-solving.
