What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for retail clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Manage and mentor a Senior Account Executive, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Support the Account Director in strategic planning and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns.
• Strong expertise in paid social platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
