Senior Finance Director (Agentic Finance, SaaS): Own the agentic finance stack across forecasting, close acceleration, variance commentary, and scenario modelling while partnering with the exec team on capital allocation and fundraising. Focus on building investor-grade financial models, designing pricing and packaging end to end, and shipping end-to-end agentic workflows in a finance context with measurable cycle-time and accuracy gains.

Location: London (Old Street), 3 days/week in hybrid setup

What you will do

• Build and run forecasting infrastructure end to end, including reporting rhythms, finance/commercial analytics, FinOps stack ownership, and data quality.
• Own the agentic finance stack from FP&A augmentation through close acceleration, variance commentary, and scenario modelling.
• Drive finance operations improvements via billing agents, tooling selection across Chargebee, Xero, BI layer, and agent runtime, and mentor the Finance Graduate on agent design.
• Own SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, CAC, payback, magic number, unit economics by segment/product) to shape forecasts and investment decisions.
• Lead commercial work: pricing and packaging end to end, value realisation frameworks across sales/CS lifecycle, and support strategic deals and renewals.
• Own strategic finance: capital allocation trade-offs, annual operating plan and budget, headcount/capacity modelling, investment cases, board pack sections, and fundraising/debt financing modelling and diligence.

Requirements

• 6–8 years in consulting, investment, banking, strategic FP&A, or BizOps with high-growth SaaS/PLG exposure.
• Owned pricing, unit economics, and commercial finance conversation end to end; comfortable presenting to and influencing the C-suite.
• Investor-grade financial modelling experience (three-statement, scenario, cohort, unit economics) and strong SQL fluency.
• Working knowledge of modern SaaS finance stack (Chargebee, Xero, HubSpot, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot or equivalent) and SaaS metrics.
• Shipped at least one end-to-end agentic workflow in a finance context; can explain design, control surface, evidence trail, and measurable outcomes; used Claude/OpenAI (or similar) APIs in production.
• Comfort with ambiguity and genuine ownership of a remit; cross-functional credibility.
