Senior Finance Manager (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Own finance forecasting infrastructure, reporting rhythms, commercial analytics, FinOps, and data quality.
• Improve close speed, accuracy, finance processes, and multi-entity reporting frameworks.
• Design and implement agentic finance workflows for FP&A augmentation, close acceleration, variance commentary, scenario modelling, and billing.
• Lead pricing and packaging, value realisation, strategic deal support, renewals, and contract restructures.
• Own capital allocation analysis, the annual operating plan, budgeting, headcount modelling, investment cases, and strategic board-pack content.
• Support fundraising and debt financing through modelling, materials, diligence, banker engagement, and term negotiation.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in consulting, investment, banking, strategic FP&A, or BizOps, preferably with high-growth SaaS or PLG exposure.
• Experience owning pricing, unit economics, commercial finance, and FP&A infrastructure.
• Investor-grade three-statement, scenario, cohort, and unit economics modelling skills, plus SQL fluency.
• Working knowledge of modern SaaS finance tools such as Chargebee, Xero, HubSpot, Snowflake, or ThoughtSpot.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualification.
• Experience shipping an end-to-end agentic finance workflow and using Claude, OpenAI, or similar APIs in production.

• Experience with fundraising or material debt financing.
• Experience building or scaling FP&A in a high-growth environment.
