TL;DR
Sales Development Manager (AI): Leading and developing a team of SDRs to drive revenue and efficiency for an AI-driven customer experience platform with an accent on outbound and inbound strategies. Focus on scaling SDR talent, optimizing multichannel playbooks, and collaborating cross-functionally to align on ICP and messaging.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area (must be able to commute to the office up to 3x per week)
Salary: $142,000 – $190,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of SDR talent.
- Build and iterate on data-driven outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
- Manage and report on SDR KPIs and SLAs to ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales on key initiatives.
- Mentor SDRs to facilitate their growth into future Account Executives and managers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or SDR leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to commute 3x per week.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas as both a leader and an individual contributor.
- Deep understanding of modern SDR tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, and Zoominfo.
- Strong analytical experience in managing pipeline goals and forecasting.
