What you will do

• Own the creative production lifecycle from initial brief to final asset delivery.
• Develop and refine efficient project workflows and delivery structures for the in-house team.
• Manage complex project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary interface between the Brand Creative team and cross-functional partners.
• Manage procurement and onboarding of external creative vendors and freelancers.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an in-house creative studio or agency.
• Proven experience managing creative teams through the full development process.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and Monday.com.
• Experience with asset management via Dropbox.
• Strong skills in scoping, timeline scheduling, and financial tracking.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
